OTR Dry Van

Strong average pay for company drivers. Company drivers average $75,000–$85,000 per year, or $1,500 per week gross before bonuses.*
Revenue on your terms. Lease Purchase drivers gross up to $275,000 per year, averaging $200,000–$275,000 per year.*
Start strong with real money down. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified drivers.*
Home time built around you. Company drivers get home weekly, or stay out longer for more miles. Lease Purchase drivers choose their own home time.

OTR Flatbed

Strong average pay for company drivers. Company drivers average $90,000–$105,000 per year, or $1,850 per week gross before bonuses.*
Revenue on your terms. Lease Purchase drivers gross up to $400,000 per year, averaging $250,000–$400,000 per year.*
Start strong with real money down. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified drivers.*
Home time built around you. Company drivers get home weekly, guaranteed. Lease Purchase drivers choose their own home time.

Lease Purchase Details

A smarter path toward ownership. Get started with no credit check, $0 down, and no balloon payment, backed by a walkaway lease. Weekly truck payments run $450–$875, with lease term length varying based on the tractor you choose.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Company benefits are available to company drivers. Base pay for OTR Dry Van company drivers is $0.52–$0.61 per mile. Base pay for OTR Flatbed company drivers is $0.49–$0.65 per mile. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
